What is not allowed in a BG Dumpster?
Tires, appliances with Freon, food, liquid paint, propane or other pressurized containers, hazardous materials, liquid poisonous chemicals, medical waste/industrial waste, explosives, oil, appliances, electronics, and similar items cannot be discarded in a BG Dumpster.
Will I be able to locate the dumpster where I need it most?
We will do our best to place the dumpster in the location you need. However, we need enough room to roll the dumpster off and to retrieve it. If there is excessive mud or the possibility that we will get stuck on the drop off or pick up, we might need to find a better location. BG Dumpster will not be responsible for damage to the property, but we will do our best to service your needs and protect your site.
How long can I have the dumpster to load it?
We allow a 28 day rental period on all of our dumpsters. There is a charge of $5 per day for rental beyond the 28 days included.
Can I move the dumpster myself on the site?
If at all possible, please do not move the dumpster. We will be happy to come and relocate it for you for at a reasonable price.
Will you drop off a dumpster if I’m not there?
Yes, if we have your payment info and know where you want the dumpster ahead of time. You can help by marking the place you want the dumpster so there is no confusion; we want to get it right the first time.
What are the dumpster dimensions?
-Our 10 yd. dumpsters are 14’ L x 7′ W x 3’ T
-Our 15 yd. dumpsters are 16’ L x 7’ W x 4’ T
-Our 20 yd. dumpsters are 16’ L x 7’ W x 5’ T
-Our 25 yd. dumpsters are 14’ L x 8’ W x 7.5’ T
-Our 30 yd. dumpsters are 22’ L x 8’ W x 5.5’ T.
How full can I load a BG dumpster?
If you have regular construction debris, fill it up! However, if the materials you need to dispose of are concrete, sand, dirt, rock, brick, or any other excessively dense material, please check with us on the appropriate fill level. Our 10 yard dumpsters can typically be filled to the brim with heavy materials, but the other dumpsters may require that you only partially fill them.
If you know ahead of time that your loads are going to be trash free and/or clean rock, dirt, or concrete, please let us know. We may be able to dispose of these loads without additional tonnage fees. We can haul up to 7 tons per load. Any dumpster loaded with more than that may be required to be unloaded before we can haul additional material. This, of course, would be at your cost, so check with us if you have any doubts. Additionally, the Department of Transportation requires that all loads be tarped down and secured, so please do not fill your BG Dumpster over the top rail.
What payment types does BG Dumpster accept and how will I be billed?
We accept cash, most credit cards, and checks with proper identification. All dumpsters must be paid for before or upon delivery. In all cases, your ticket will be held “open” until the dumpster has been requested to be retrieved and dumped. Then, any ton overages per load, time overages per load, and applicable taxes will be added to your bill before we charge your account.
Can I get a dumpster in an emergency?
Yes. Depending on the time and the day, there may be some added fees, but we will do our best to meet your need!
Will my rented dumpster be picked up automatically?
No, you will need to call as soon as you are done loading it. At this time, we will stop charging you for a rental and schedule a pickup.
Can I rent more than one BG Dumpster at a time?
Depending on availability, we will bring you as many dumpsters as you need to get your project underway. All rental timelines and restrictions still apply to each dumpster individually.
Are roll-off dumpsters the only service BG Dumpster offers?
No! If you need it, we will haul it! We offer delivery service on many bulk materials. Materials can be delivered at a reasonable cost and delivery fee. We also have portable toilets for rent in both Warren and Simpson County.
Where can I get a portable toilet delivered to?
We are currently servicing Warren and Simpson County.
